Examples of media tools use in CIT applied to Geology - the GeoMedia Project. Several media tools for video, 3D modellinglanimation and sound production/editing, which are being used in the development of a multimedia Geology project, are presented. Some issues conceming dificulties felt in the use of those tools and the implementation of the respective applications, are discussed with relative detail and some ofthe found solutions are presented.
